What will you do as a German-speaking Sales Representative at TakeAware?

TakeAware is making significant progress in the German market. As a Sales Representative, you will ensure that our existing German customers are even more satisfied — in other words, customers who have already ordered from us. You will contact them to offer advice and introduce them to additional packaging and products from our range, always with the aim of increasing sales among your customers.

You will therefore work exclusively with customers who already know us. They are your customers, and through regular conversations you will build a strong relationship with them. Most communication takes place by phone, but also by email. You will be the main point of contact for our German customers and represent TakeAware.

What do we expect from you?

Do you already have experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager or in a commercial role? Great! No sales experience yet? No problem! Your motivation is much more important to us. Fluent German, however, is essential. In addition:

• You are proactive and eager to learn new things;

• You have a results-driven mindset and enjoy achieving your targets;

• In addition to German, you are able to communicate with your colleagues in Dutch or English;

• Experience in the hospitality or packaging industry is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement.

What do we offer you?

As a Sales Representative, you will become part of a friendly team where there is always room for a joke. In addition, you can expect:

• A starting salary between €2,700 and €3,000, depending on your experience;

• A temporary contract for 32–40 hours per week, with the prospect of a permanent contract;

• A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre or full reimbursement of public transport costs;

• The option to participate in our bicycle scheme;

• 8% holiday allowance and a company pension scheme;

• Paid breaks and working hours from 09:00 to 17:00;

• Free use of the padel court in our building;

• Company outings, Friday afternoon drinks and fresh fruit in the office every day.
