Zuckerrohr(-pulpe) ist ein natürlicher Reststoff und wird daher auch Bagasse genannt, abgeleitet vom spanischen Wort für Abfall. Produkte aus Zuckerrohr werden aus der Pulpe hergestellt, die übrig bleibt, nachdem der Saft aus dem Rohr gewonnen wurde. Mithilfe von Hitze und Druck wird die Pulpe gepresst und zu den Einwegprodukten geformt, die du in unseren virtuellen Regalen findest. Produkte aus Zuckerrohr sind lebensmittelecht und geschmacksneutral.
