CPLA is a biodegradable plastic from crops such as corn and sugar cane, reinforced with talc or lime. The difference with 'traditional' plastic? It's in the raw material. CPLA is not made from petroleum, but from a renewable vegetable source that saves fossil fuels. CPLA is heat resistant up to 85 degrees.
